Texas authorities believe Joanna Luna 'absconded' with Richard 'Xavier' Rodriguez.
A 13-year-old girl missing for whom officials issued an Amber Alert on Sunday night has been missing since August, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.on Sunday night for a 13-year-old girl who has been missing since August.
Before going missing, Joanna Luna was last seen at 2:51 a.m. on Aug. 20 wearing a dark gray T-shirt, Nike shorts, and pink and purple slides, authorities said. Joanna was last seen in the 11700 block of Spring Dale Dr. in San Antonio.DPS said that Joanna “absconded” with Richard “Xavier” Rodriguez, 17. The pair were last seen in a U-Haul truck with Arizona license plate No. AE4438.Anyone with information is urged to call the San Antonio Police Department at 207-7660.
