The “Call Her Daddy” podcast host was presented with a 5-carat antique oval cut diamond by Los Angeles-based jeweler Jenna Blake.
Cooper elaborated, “When I came home that night, my entire house was covered in candles, lit all over, music playing, and a scavenger hunt leading to Matt proposing.”
Kaplan placed “photos or mementos” that they’ve collected throughout their three-year relationship in “every room” of their shared home in Studio City, Calif. The businessman eventually “got down on one knee and said, ‘You’re my soulmate, the love of my life. You make me a better man. Please do me the honor of marrying me,’” Cooper divulged.She then said “yes” through tears and slipped the Jenna Blake ring on her finger.
Cooper met Kaplan via a Zoom business call in 2020. She previously referred to him as “Mr. Sexy Zoom Man” on her hit Spotify podcast.
