Police and members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Antonio Miller, 25, on Friday. Miller is a suspect in the shooting death of Tina Case, 50.

Police and members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Antonio Miller, 25, on Friday at a residence on the 500 block of Roslyn Avenue in West Akron, police say. Miller is being held in the Summit County Jail on a charge of aggravated murder. Police say that at about 10:35 p.m. on April 7, a person waited and then shot Tina Case as she sat in her vehicle in the driveway of her Kenmore neighborhood home.
Case was pronounced dead at the scene at the residence on the 600 block of Koerber Avenue, according to the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office. An autopsy shows Case was shot multiple times.
