The lawyers of AJ Armstrong file a motion claiming a juror from the second trial was in a dating relationship with a Harris County District Attorney's Office prosecutor.
Jury selection for AJ Armstrong's third murder trial is set to begin on Monday, but his lawyers have filed a claim to question a juror.
According to the court document, in a conference call on Wednesday with the Harris County DA's Office the counsel was advised the DA's office was aware of this information during the trial.
