Majors was arraigned Saturday night and released without bail, according to police.

“Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without further incident,” said the police spokesperson. “The victim sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition.”Carrie Gordon, a representative for Majors,A spokesperson for the Manhattan District Attorney’s office said Majors was released without bail.
Priya Chaudhry, a criminal trial lawyer, is representing Majors, according to the DA’s office. Majors’s next court appearance is scheduled for May 8.
