The owners, Charene and Tim Murray, bought the roughly 6.5-acre property in 2015 for $13.125 million. It is located in the village of Islamorada in the Upper Keys, according to Kelly Shaw of American Caribbean Real Estate Christie’s International Real Estate, who shares the listing with her son, Trent Shaw.
