The annual festival took place in the Cleveland Cultural Gardens where food, activities and heritage was on full display.
“Cleveland has an estimated 120 communities,” Khoury said, noting the parade first opened to non-garden cultures last year. “This year, many of them are taking advantage of marching in the parade.”
