Eddie Daniel Jeffrey, 70, who was reported missing last week, was found dead inside of a vehicle Sunday afternoon, according to police.

Shortly after 2:30 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to the 4800 block of South Lancaster Road, where they found the man, identified by police as Eddie Daniel Jeffrey, 70, inside of a vehicle, according to police. It was the same location authorities had said Jeffrey was last seen on Monday.Police had said Jeffrey, who was wearing a light blue jackets, a blue and white shirt, and beige pants, was missing and may have needed assistance.
