Defiant, almost.Understandably, NYC has a reputation for hating cars. Our roads are trash, parking is expensive and nonexistent, and the one-two punch of traffic and tolls effectively suck the remaining fun out of the act of driving altogether.

We have a robust and cheap public transportation system, so you can get away with not having a car at all. That doesn't stop devoted enthusiasts, though.The 7's Day NYC event is put on by a local Japanese tuner and culture collective called. The team there has been doing it for a few years now, and each year the turnout just keeps getting bigger.
