Four youths were arrested this month in connection with a sexual assault at an athletic field at Terra Linda High School, police said.
One suspect was held on suspicion of transferring obscene material affecting a minor, Eberle said. The allegation was related to a video that showed one youth touching a fully clothed person, he said.
