A third woman has been identified by police as being a victim of a Sandy man already accused in two others cases of sexually abusing women he met on dating apps.

Samuel Faber, 42, was charged Wednesday in 3rd District Court with three counts of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony. Faber is now charged in three cases with a total of three counts of aggravated sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping, eight counts of forcible sexual abuse and aggravated assault.
In his latest charging documents, a woman says she met Faber on the Mutual dating app in September and agreed to meet at his residence for dinner. Once there, Faber is accused of inappropriately touching the woman.
