"Now I feel like I'm not going to hit because the same store's not going to hit twice, right? But I got high hopes especially after a bad day at work," said Paula Whittaker from Garnet Valley.The estimated jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing would be the seventh highest in U.S. history and the third largest for Powerball.
The Pennsylvania Lottery called the July 17 drawing a "historic" one for the state with winning numbers: 5-8-9-17-41.
