We're not sure the WiFi experience with our van could be more frustrating.

I'd merely pressed the UVO button on the overhead console, spoken with a helpful operator who gave me instructions for establishing a Verizon account, followed his instructions, and completed the process in about the time it took me to set up WiFi on our Ram 2500, Dodge Durango, and countless other long-termers. I was, however, informed the provider would need up to 10 days to activate it. Unusual, but OK.where WiFi would be useful, there was still no sign of connectivity.
I called again the next day from the passenger seat on our trip from Detroit to South Carolina. After 25 minutes of the same ear-torture, an utterly unintelligible operator managed to communicate that she needed my VIN. Then, after 5 more minutes on hold, she transferred me to an operator with a functional headset who asked for my birthday and the last four of my SSN, before transferring me to Verizon to complete the account setup.
