Fast food has been blamed for everything from obesity and high blood pressure to the death of mom-and-pop restaurants. Fact is, we can’t live without it; fast-food sales will reach $330 billion this year, up from $301 billion in 2020. New Jersey is overrun with fast food chains, but there are only so many Mickey D’s, Domino’s and Chipotles you can take.
