When police arrived on the scene, they found a 31-year-old man and a 26-year-old man shot and lying on the ground.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene while the other was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police said that at least eight shots were fired and that they recovered a gun from the scene that had been stolen several years ago. Also found at the scene were a spark plug, welding hammer and welding gloves.
