Both Panarello and Picklo are suing the Dunkin Brands Group, Inc., the holding company that owns Dunkin’, along with the local franchises.Evan Arlington, 39, of Passaic County,But unlike Arlington, who doesn’t place blame on anyone for the coffee spill, Panarello and Picklo both say careless workers at Dunkin’ drive-through windows spilled the hot liquids on them.declined to comment on the lawsuits Thursday.

Officers reported finding Picklo “on her hands and knees on the driver’s side of the vehicle, begging for someone to give her medication for the pain she was in,” police wrote in a report, according to the lawsuit. The spill caused severe burns to Panarello’s groin and thighs, causing “agonizing pain” and injuries that are both permanent and temporary, his lawsuit states.
