have opened at 213 Locust St. Harristown Enterprises, the owner of Strawberry Square, is the developer of the project along with partner, Don Mowery. Harristown’s in-house construction team, Harrisburg Property Services, renovated the 3,300-square-foot Victorian era structure. The renovations are scheduled for completion in the next week or two.A 136-year-old building at 213 Locust Lane in Harrisburg has been transformed into three, two-bedroom apartments.

The apartments were just placed on the market with a Dec. 1 availability date. All three apartments are between 883 and 963 square feet, and have two bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms. The apartments are listed at $1,595 a month.The building was home to the women’s fashion boutique,The Plum was owned and operated at this location by Isaac Mishkin and his daughter, Kirsten. The Plum’s location on Gettysburg Road in Lower Allen Township remains open.
