Although it’s been around for five years, the Pelham delicatessen and butcher shop was off our radar untilearlier this year. A great butcher shop needs a great deli sandwich, and Smiley Brothers proprietor Criss Smiley and chefs Jon Green and Joshua Swinford can stack their Reuben up against anybody’s.
