How you schedule a meeting can set it up for success or guarantee confused, disengaged participants.We asked career experts to share the rudest scheduling behaviors you could be doing to frustrate and alienate your colleagues:“We all know what it’s like to suddenly be double or even triple-booked because somebody put a calendar appointment right on top of one that was already there.

“Sometimes, in an attempt to get something scheduled, you might set up a meeting outside of normal working hours. Again, sometimes this is unavoidable, especially for global companies. But if you are working within a shared time zone, and without checking, [and] you set up a calendar appointment to start at 5:30 p.m., this can feel very presumptuous.
